- Children may accompany adults to the wine fests/wineries.
- Adults must be over 21 to purchase wine and to consume it at the fest/winery, or on the bus.
- iTravel reserves the right to refuse travel services, including bus transportation, to any individual(s) who causes a disturbance to our other passengers such as aggressive or crude behavior, drunkenness, or illegal drug use on the bus.
- You are permitted to bring your own beer and wine on the bus. The wine festivals and wineries will not permit you to bring your own beer, wine or any other alcohol onto their grounds. You may purchase the wines on sale at the wine festivals.
- iTravel strongly encourages all of our patrons to arrive on time, if not early. Our motor coach fares are generally non-refundable.

1. May children come along to the wineries and wine festivals?
Absolutely! The wineries and festivals are family friendly fun.
2. What is the age limit to purchase or consume wine at the wineries and wine festivals?
You must be at least 21.
3. I am over 21. May I open a bottle of wine that I purchased at a winery or wine festival and consume it on the bus?
Yes, keeping in mind that drunkenness or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Please drink in moderation and be courteous to your fellow motor coach passengers.
4. Will iTravel be responsible for my car while it is parked?
iTravel will not be held responsible for your vehicle or other personal property while your car is parked at the bus pick up/drop off area. Please exercise good judgment and remove any valuables from your vehicle.
5. Is smoking permitted on the bus?
Smoking and/or the use of any illegal substance on the bus is strictly prohibited on all iTravel trips. Please also note that iTravel reserves the right to refuse motor coach transportation to any individual or group who may cause any disturbance as a result of drunkenness, aggressive or crude behavior, or illegal drug use.
6. Do we need to tip the bus driver?
No. iTravel will handle bus driver tips in advance.
7. Will there be a movie on the bus? What kind?
Yes, providing we have enough time to show a movie. iTravel will not knowingly show anything with objectionable language or content, especially if there are children on board.
8. May we bring our own beer and wine or liquor to the wine fests?
You may bring a small cooler if you desire onto the bus, but the wineries and wine festivals prohibit your own alcohol on their grounds. Please patronize our wineries. Thank you.
9. Is this a party bus?
iTravel aims for a social, relaxed setting. Feel free to be cordial and get to know your fellow passengers. We’ll provide ambient music (at a low/moderate volume) and, if time permits, a movie. You may bring your own food or snacks to consume on the bus if you like. We encourage everyone to enjoy their time on the bus.

11. Is iTravel insured
iTravel requires our motor coach vendors to provide a certificate of insurance listing iTravel as an insured for a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 insurance liability per occurrence.
